How much does shipping cost?
We offer standard shipping (8-10 working days) for all orders from Europe at a price of 9.99 euros.

How long does it take to receive my product?
Usually it takes about 7-9 business days to prepare your order and the shipping time is 8-10 business days. Please note that our production times are subject to change during the holidays.

How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 7-9 business days to ship due to the customization work required. After you receive this email, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update. Please note that delivery dates are subject to change due to inclement weather or holidays.

Please note: If your personalized product is newly made, your order may be delayed. Only those items that have passed the quality inspection process can be shipped as we set high standards and want to deliver you a perfect gift.
